1. Prepare documents
Administrators upload supported files to cabinets and monitor processing. Processed content is split into searchable units.
2. Ask and retrieve
A user asks a question and the system retrieves relevant document content as grounding.
3. Review answer and evidence
The answer is shown with source passages and chunks so a person can check it against the documents.
4. Test and improve
RAG testing and QA management support repeatable quality review.
